Refund

I am trying to get my excess refunded, as the guy who bumped me said he takes full responsibility for all the expenses and excess. I gave them the affidavit and all the documents when I submitted my claim in July 2025. It's now November 2025, and to date, I have not been contacted. I have been emailing the team at Budget Insurance; Moonadia, who is the manager, said I should liaise with Sushen Latchman. He said I need to get consent from my husband, which I did, but to date, he has never reverted to me. I have emails from July 2025 to date with no response. R15,000.00 is a lot of money; we are working-class people who take loans to get through the month, and we don't miss a payment for insurance. But when it comes time to sort out our claims, there are so many queries and nitty-gritty details that they could inform us about when we are submitting the claim.
