Refund
In October 2021 I canceled an insurance with budget, they offered me something else and I refused it but they still continued to deduct an installment for the new product that I refused. I then contacted them and they advised me to dispute at the bank which I couldn't successfully do. Now I struggle to get my refund from them after contacting them several times.
