Recovery of Excess Amount

I have wrote a review on 17/11/21 -then a Kagiso Mafa phoned me - so I gave him 2 weeks (1/12/21) to get back to me with status of query - on 1/12/21 I sent email to Kagiso with no reply since today. I call this very bad service when people don't reply to your emails. I also don't know what kind of service the legal department provide but I would urgently like an update on my query - I'm in the process of changing my insurance and will never refer Budget to any of my friends or family. Why can the legal department not sell some of his goods to repay the excess - just a question
