Received my yearly review of my policy premium and was not really comfortable with the increase in premium

Received my yearly review of my policy premium and was not really comfortable with the increase in premium. Called Dial Direct and spoke to Alisha in the review department. My premium was subsequently decreased to an amount which I was comfortable with. Kudos to Alisha.
