Really slow service when you need them

My wife had an accident recently and the damage to the car did not look that bad.

It has now been three weeks and we still don't know if the car is being written off or if we are getting it fix and no one can tell me. I have been phoning budget and the panel beater because no one phones us and for some reason the insurance and the panel beater struggle to communicate.

This is my families only car and its been three weeks without a car and we still don't even know whats happening. The repair still has to happen if that is going to happen

Please think twice before go to budget insurance.
