really disappointed

My vehicle was in an accident 2 weeks ago. My claim was only logged the Monday as no one called me back. They then say it will take 48 hours for feedback, which i only got on Friday. My vehicle only went to the dealership late that Friday again no feedback from Jocks autobody. No one calls. when you want to speak to the panel beaters, there number is not available. as for budget, they never can assist or even listen to your concerns. They do not even care about you holding on the line for 20 minutes and you have to cut the call and call back. I don't understand how insurance companies like this exist in the industry. No client service !!! Jocks autobody still has not called to confirm the parts being delivered as they promised. WHAT SURPRISES ME FURTHER IS WHEN YOU CALL YOUR INSURANCE, TO LOG A CONCERN THEY TELL YOU THEY NEED TO SEND IT TO THE ASSESSING DEPARTMENT AND I WILL GET FEEDBACK IN 48 HOURS REGARDING A CONCERN I HAVE!!! I really cannot recommend anyone to take out cover with budget.
