Randomly deducts!

I have been asking Budget insurance not to deduct on the 29 but the first as I get paid end of the month, instead of doing that the randomly deduct from my account and leave me to pay the honouring fee from my bank! I guess one way or the other you pay back that cash bonus. This has been going on for months!
