Raised quote premium between phone calls!

I received a quote for vehicle insurance from Budget on Hippos website. I used my ID no, so the quote was fairly accurate. An agent calls me and was dragging the process, so I agreed to the vehicle insurance and asked her to phone me back for house contents. The same lady phones me back some time later with a premium R300 higher than my original quote. <br> <br> I luckily kept a snapshot of the original quote but Budget don't seem to want to revert back to it. Is this how you guys do business?, Lure the customer in and then increase the premiums and give the typical \Nothing we can do\" excuse? Pathetic. "
