R500 quote ****

I complained 3 weeks ago about not receiving the voucher as promised after doing the quote, and budget consultants called me to explain that the consultant from budget made a mistake by saying that I will receive the voucher after 24 hours and I will receive the voucher after 7 working days of which I haven't received anything and I called budget insurance and they are now denying that I'm entitled to receive the voucher. And I have been requesting the recording of the call to post it on social media so that people know what I'm talking about. I'm still awaiting the voucher and the call record
