R3700 excess for a TV that costs R7000, Poor onlibe service
Submitted online claim but no call back. My TV and decoder had electrical damage due to lightning. The houshold contents excess is R2250, plus an additional R1500 for lightning damage, total cost of tv and decoder approximately R7000, Budget insurance, not worth it, dont insure with budget. Wont recommend budget to anyone and surly changing my insurance.....
