Quick response after complaint

I lodged my complaint at Hello Peter about the stinging service that I received from budget, they responded immediately with a good attitude and excellent feedback. I understand the people who are dealing with customers makes a lot of mistakes that resulting to dissatisfaction, however the managers makes sure that those are rectified. thank you Budget everything is sorted and I'm now a happy customer again.
