Quick, excellent service with empathy

A little over a week ago, my 7-year-old son and I were in a terrible crash during the morning school run. Thankfully, we both escaped unhurt, and Budget's emergency app feature immediately connected me to a helpful representative who guided me through gathering details and arranged our tow. When I called back with the case number and details, I was handed over to Diloshni Naidoo.
