Query against the settlement of a written off vehicle.

<p>I had a VW polo vivo 1.4 trendline which was bought new in 2015 July which lasted me only 8 months before it crushed with me. The vehicle was fully insured my Budget insurance and their assessor declared it not roadworthy anymore (write off) instead of settling the vehicle off with the bank they paid a certain amount meanwhile I insured that vehicle with full packages 'Trade Value at comprehensive cover' therefore I tried to talk to them in other to find out why but I don't get proper and solid answers. Please help me.</p>
