Putting their interest first

My car was involved in an accident and two air bags popped 💔 they decided to repair the car and not write it off. My car will give me mechanical issues in the long run and should I decide to sell the car the value will be less they’re also aware that this is the second accident. It’s sad the they don’t want to write it off the car because they’re protecting their business from running at a loss the repairs are R113 000,00. My friends and family will be leaving budget insurance because they can clearly see that they will be on their own when these accidents happen
