Pulling hair out!!

Not impressed guys, following an accident report on 13 October I am still waiting for repairs on my car - the body shop are waiting for secondhand parts. Apparently because my car is 5 years old and out of warranty you guys will only replace with secondhand parts - charming!!! Not that you told me this, there has been no follow up from your side. And now I get phone call to say I have to submit details of the driver that hit me - erm sent that on 14 October by email - seriously????
