Public is advised not to deal with Budget Insurance

Budget rejected a claim because my son drove a vehicle ( legally entitled and authorised) whereafter another vehicle drove in front of him and he turned away to prevent an accident and loss of life or injury, his mothers vehicle was a write off.

Budget claim he has been the regular driver of his mothers vehicle which is irrelevant because he did not cause an accident prior to the said accident. The allegation of my son being the regular driver is yet to be proved.
