P&S PANELBEATERS SERVICE INSTRUCTEDCBU BUDGET INSURANCE

I was in a car accident 14/02/2022. The insurance company did well on completing my claim and getting me car hire as per my policy. The biggest fumble is the Panelbeaters P&S Panelbeaters in Rustenburg,they have appointed to fix my vehicle. From the 16/02/2022 they await a door pillar from VW HATFIELD till today. I ask how is that possible. Before last week I had received 2 sms updates from them which I called Budget and was promised the assessor Brian would check and called back still waiting for his call. I phone this Panelbeaters every day to follow up same update. I called Budget Insurance to complain mo change. I am not sure how is it possible for two doors to be replaced for more than a month. Next time check reviews of Panelbeaters you send our cars to nd and refrain from paying them before the work is done rather pay invoices of our parts first nd their labour after. I paid my full access. I'm unable to travel to work as carhire days now expired. I have am infant what if ge gets ill and needs to be taken to the Dr. I depend on my vehicle and am extremely frustrated with this P&S Panelbeaters onn Rustenburg they just seem to b spinning stories. If you go on the internet on their reviews this parts ordering story is all they give clients. This is totally unacceptable!!! Kindly assist. We pay our premiums nd get get to deal with such when claiming...NO!!!
