Props to Budget Insurance

With insurance companies having a reputation with not wanting to approve claims, I must say I was pleasantly surprised with how Budget insurance handles everything. With 2 accidents / claims in 3 months (latest claim concluded with my car being written off) , both were handled in record time and communication was clear. A special mention to Daveshni Chetty in the claims department. She held my hand through the process and was very patient with me, all communication received from her would put me at ease in a very daunting process and time. Even when I get another car, I'll be sure to insure with them again.
