Processing vehicle substitution

To the team at Budget Insurance: I am writing to recognize Sabelo Mbatha, a vehicle substitution and replacement consultant. While the overall process was stressful and took longer than I would have preferred, I was ultimately more than happy with the end result. I wish to specifically thank Mr. Mbatha for his patience and diligence in ensuring that I was served to my satisfaction. I however hope I'll never find myself in such position ever again.
