I felt that my insurance premium was too much so i decided to call budget insurance to cancel my policy and i was planning on getting a cheaper one. I was assisted by Kyle who was very kind and had a great attitude. He then suggested we review my premium and from R1100 my premium is now R849. He went the extra mile to assist. He then sent me policy documents which i didnt get because of some technical problems with their server as he said but he continued to try sending them and even calling me back to make sure i got them. Budget insurance is lucky to have Kyle Snyman as an employee, his colleagues should learn from him.
