Price beat promotion

Good day

On 19 May 2026 I did a quote with a budget and sadly the quote was high compared to the current premium that i have.Later on i received an email requesting that i send necessary documents for the price beat claim, which i did by uploading all necessary requested documents. A confirmation came after submitting and stated that I will receive the next step communication within 48 hours, till now there has not been any communication whats so ever since the 19 May 2026.

Can I ask what the delay might be interms of keeping me informed?
