Price Beat Campaign is slow and unprofessional

I saw a price beat promo advertised by Budget Insurance on TikTok and decided to try it out. They were over R1.6k higher than my current premium.

I have submitted all required documents and it's a week later, still no payment or communication, even though they said their turn around time is 48 hours.

The promo is similar to that of Outsurance but the difference is that Outsurance is not only credible in keeping their words, but are very quick. It takes them less than a day to verify your documents and make a payment.

Budget's reputation is already on the line. If they don't polish up how they did with feedback and payments for this price beat campaign, more people are going to complain on Hellopeter.
