Pretty Ngubane from Budget was exceptional on the phone. She was respectful, attentive, she was caring and extremely client centric. I was so unsure how to submit a claim. Had not done one before and she was sooooooo patient and spoke me through everything. When I spoke too quickly she wasbt rude to me but rather polite in requesting that I speak slower.
