PREMUIM INCREASED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION
Every single year I go through this they increase my premium without consulting me. This I get after been a loyal customer. I cannot go through this it is pathetic they would increase your premiums without having looking at I have been claim free for so many years, and worse off increasing such a large amount during this tough economic time.

01 Aug 2022, 08:26To date nobody has contacted me to rectify this matter. Once again this says the poor service I am receiving. Since this matter cannot be resolved, I would like to cancel my insurance with Budget Insurance. I need an insurance company that can be transparent and that can treat its customers with dignity and respect.
