Premium tripled

The people when they help you are very friendly and helpful, but I'm complaining about my premium. It has tripled and when I tried to add one thing they tripled it again. I'm very busy so when I'm able to make a phone call I can't reach them, then try to login on the website it keeps kicking me out. I really need this fixed...
