Premium inflation

I got covered by budget insurance as a first time motor vehicle owner. I gave the person clear information on how my lifestyle is but clearly the person wrote something wrong because when I went to call budget after receiving an insurance offer from another company they told me to stay but my premiums got higher and told me that they will listen to the recordings. Till date I have not received any response from them.
