<p>Budget Insurance! Budget Insurance!</p> <p> </p> <p>I requested to update my residential and parking details on my car cover policy! My premiun went shooting, R204.39 more to be exact.</p> <p>-My call was transfered to another consultant (Steven), to "Negotiate" the increment, who, in short off a long call, said according to the system, I do not qualify for any discount.</p> <p>-The increment was basically calculated on the basis of a "more riskier" place that I moved to. </p> <p>-In actual fact, I feel and have described how "safe" this new place is, as compared to my previous address.</p> <p>-An hour after the call, I receive a copy of my updated policy (R 204.39 more), but only to realize that all the details that I have asked to update were captured wrong (Both my residential address/ overnight packing and day parking).</p> <p>-On the call, I found out that the value of my car droped R10 000.00 since the commencement of this policy, yet my premium increased two months ago upon review! (I claimed, the previous year but one cannot justify the increment having been covered R10 000 less)</p> <p>-How does the "system" work Budget Insurance? </p> <p>-Is it a norm that whenever one makes changes on the policy should automatically fork out more money?</p> <p>-A big shout out, I am being ****** here!</p>
