Premium annual review and good settlement for now.

I was not happy for Budget increasing the premium and excess in its annual review session. I however managed to reach a good agreement review with the retention Department, just forgot the name of the lady I spoke to. For now I'm still good but would like another review because no claims ever made even though premium increase was explained but still can't grasp this or can't make sense to me.
