Preminum changed without being notified
I had a claim for my car with Budget Insurance in April 2015, my car then went for repairs in May and was returned to me in June of 2015. I was mindful of the fact that my premium will increase because of this but I have not receive any email notification with my latest schedule to notify me of this.

Instead Budget just decided to go ahead and debit my account without notifying me. I really don't understand why this company that I have been with for the past 2 years (and has been happy with it) would suddenly start doing such things now while in the past an email communication would be shared a month prior to notify me of any changes in my premium ahead of time.

I am very unhappy with this and I find it extremely unprofessional. I am now beginning to understand why the last 5 people I have referred to budget for the past 2 years have all suddenly left this Insurance company, I think its time I start looking for another insurance company because I will not tolerate such treatment.
