Prank Call - Budget Insurance

I received a call from a consultant wanting 5 minutes of my time in order to update my personal details with them. She requested my correct address due to a difference and then also the colour of my vehicle as it was not on file. After supplying her with all the details requested, I was advised that there will be an increase in my monthly payment due to the colour of my car that changed. I was quite taken aback and asked if this was a prank call. How can the monthly payment increase due to details being updated on my policy? I asked her that if there was no colour loaded according to your systems, was it then an invisible car that I was driving? She became quite upset with me and I then told the consultant under no circumstances will I accept or authorise an increase on my monthly premium. She proceeded by wanting more of the initial 5 minutes requested as it was out of her hands and I had to wait to speak to her supervisor. I told her that it will not be the case as I did not have any more time to waste.
