Praises to an amazing helpful customer care agent

I really would like to commend Kyle firstly on his immense friendliness patience and zealous demeanour. He clearly listened to my concerns and assisted me in reviewing my policy, helping me stay with the Insurance house I have come to love over the last 5 years. Kyle was eager to assist in me adding products/ services to my existing insurance policy and help me feel more secure regarding my assets. One thing about a lot of South Africans is that they lack the understanding of true customer service, but with my interaction with Kyle he broke the mould. Thank you so so much Kyle.
