Post covid blackout accident

On the 26th of July I was involved in an single vehicle accident due to a blackout that I experienced. My claim was not resolved in a satisfactory manner. I did explain the cause was due to myself being post covid isolation that caused my blackout and was not fully myself when driving. Furthermore the claims consultant called at 3pm to inform me that my policy will lapse at midnight and that the 30day car hire as included in my policy will also end and was told to return courtesy car within 24 hours. Consideration in regards with post covid complication was NOT taken into account for my claim.
