Poor when choosing Panel Beaters

I am disappointed with the Panel beaters that Budget Insurance chooses to fix the cars of their clients. They handed over my car to Jocks Autobody and its been a horrible experience for me. Its been 4 weeks and i still don't know when I am going to get my car back. Everytime I call them they tell me the car is panel beating nothing more they refuse to give me an ETA. I know this is not budgets fault but Budget cant just take a clients car to a panel beater that already has a bad reputation. Please do better when choosing panel beaters this company already has horrible reviews with people complaining that these guys keep their cars for months. My tracker shows no movement of my car but they claim they are working on it.

Good day Lerato,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

We sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced during the repair process of your vehicle.

We understand your concerns regarding the delay and the lack of clear communication from the panel beater. While the repairs are carried out by an independent service provider, we fully acknowledge that this experience reflects on us, and this is not the level of service we aim to deliver.

Please be assured that we are escalating this matter to our Claims Team as a matter of urgency. They will engage directly with the panel beater to investigate the delays, confirm the current status of your vehicle. We will also address the concerns raised regarding communication and progress updates.

Your feedback regarding our approved service providers is taken seriously and will be reviewed internally.

Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this matter. Should you require any further assistance in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,
The Budget Insurance team
