Poor unfair service

Budget insurance.Terrible insurance company.no contact with client's for 6 weeks during a claim.The person dealing with the claims never returns ur call.The service providers they use make appointments and never turn up.The a site accessors tell you before hand what will be paid So what's the use having insurance.Everything is not paid for due to.maintenance issues.They actually decided to settle my claim prior to a roof inspection which was part of my claim.This tells me that the roof claim would not be paid. Very true,and when the roof company came after 5 weeks they said they are not They actually decided before the roof company came.I have made in excess of 15 calls to.budget totalling 130minutes.Even the manager doesn't return your calls.Definitely stay away from them.
