poor services

Good day I received a call from Brandon from the claims department, my car was intentionally damaged by someone at work, and the case was opened at the police station a case number was sent when i reported the claim. I was told that the access by the consultant I was speaking to that this is not an accident, the car will be fixed by the insurance, budget lawyers will deal with the person who damaged my car

Now Brandon want me to take the decision now as if there is eletric shortage in my brain. he is saying they will pay R200.00 for the damages in my car and balance will be paid by me which is contradicting the statement i was told when I was claiming for my car.

I lastly told him that I want to speak to his supervisor because we didn't see eye to eye. I love my insurance but Brandon guy forced to write on this page.
