Poor service, would never recommend this company to anyone

If I could give you a 0 star, I could. I have raised my complaint with you guys on the 6th of July to which you have failed to provide us with feedback and as to when our car will be fixed, we paid the excess amount which was requested by your company, the car has been with you guys since May and yet there is no proper feedback as to when we will receive the car, we are financially dry as we have to do daily errands and pay people to use their transport while you guys have our car sitting in your storage and you are not doing anything about it. There is no courtesy car instead you are delaying the process for us to get our car back. We need answers otherwise I will opt to writing an open public letter to your Head and Management, your customer services are poor and disgusting. I need you to attend to this matter urgently.
