Poor service who cares about premiums not customers

Be careful of this insurance, they don't care about customers at all, all they care about is premium. I regret the day I joint this insurance now my car is stuck and they don't want to go collect it even though the towing company is bogus and now my car is been stripped. I was happy with prime meridian, now am crying because I wanted to save on the premium. I should have known that is too good to be true
