Poor service, **** and disgusting
I've been with budget insurance for a very long time, early this year someone from budget called me selling the scratch and dent cover, i agreed only because i trusted budget, little did i know it was a ****. My car got scratched in September and i called to put a claim, they sent me a whatsapp asking for pictures of the car, scratch and all sorts of things. Up until today they've been quiet.
I'm very disappointed with budget insurance for the first time in all the years I've been with them.
