Poor service , Ripoff , they not the for they clients , high priced for new drives

Good day I'm really disappointed in budget Insurance due to the fact that they declined my claim . i wouldn't advice new drives with new vehicles to take this insurance cause they will charge you a high price cause you are a new drive then cancel your claim cause it cost R13 800 . they will charge you extra cause you claimed before 6 month this insurance is a ripoff imagine paying R1531.67 funny enough they still deducted the money after they cancelled my claim Plus im taking this to ombudsman
