Poor Service/ Refund our money
We had a car insurance with Budget and called for cancellation and yet they still debit month end. When my husband calls for a refund, he is been sent from pillar to post. There's no even any documentation to show that the car insurance has been cancelled. Your service is very poor. Return our money please!

I spoke with the consultant over the phone and she frankly told me that I won't get my money whereas I don't have a policy anymore with Budget. Is this how you take money from people? I am not using your car insurance anymore yet you still debit my money! Your services and insurance is very useless
