poor service/ horrible product

They don't deserve even a single star. I have an extended service plan since December 2023. I took my car for service at Mazda east rand today, i called Budget Insurance to claim and i was told that Mazda is not listed as one of their approved vendors, i was told that they will provide me with the list of the approved vendors so i can take my car there. I asked the agent how possible is it that a big company such as Budget does not do business with Mazda dealer? does this mean that their approved vendors is some ***** car workshop and not reputable car Dealerships such as Mazda and VW or BMW? . To cut the story short I had to go collect my car at Mazda. I was promised that a claim was registered but as I'm typing this review I have not spoken with anyone from the company and my car was not serviced. I called them 4 times trying to get clarity and i would get transferred to different departments with no help at all.
