POOR SERVICE FROM BUDGET INSURANCE

Highly disappointed in the poor service received female Budget Insurance. Phone on 18 November 24 to inquire if my warranty policy covers a dinostic test foe an electronic fault on.my VW Polo Conceptline 1.4. The constant informed me that l AM covered. I the booked the vechicle in at VW Travcor in Port Elizabeth. On collection on the vechicle on 22 November 24 l was shocked to discover that l am not covered after all. I had to pay an unnecessary free of R1250.05. The fault was only the replacement of 2 tail light bulbs at R20. I have given up on trying to recover my funds l paid. No one evey return your calls. Sam from the IT department promised to view my call will get back yo me. This has never materialized. Calls are cut and half of their toll free number do not work. I would not recommend anyone to thane out a vechicle warranty polivy with them. Disgusting service😕😡😡
