Poor Service from Budget Insurance

I submitted my claim on August 14th 2023 and the claim was approved on the 28th of August. During the assessment of my claim I was told that budget had send their inspector to inspect my car. The sad part is that Budget inspector (Haroun Mohamed) never inspected my car instead he received the inspection report from the Panel Beater (Empangeni Auto Renovators). This was the first red flag, the fact that the whole Budget Insurance can lie about something so sensitive to me as a customer. I have never defaulted on my monthly premiums and this is the service I received from Budget Insurance. Currently I have an open Complaint with Budget and the frustration part is that I told their service advisor (Smita Dooken) about all the parts that were damaged as a result of the accident. A few days ago I was driving on a National Road and the rear bumper spoiler fell off and that could have endangered other drivers on the road. The worse part is that I mentioned this specific part several times with their service advisor (Smita Dooken).
