poor service from budget insurance

i had to call budget to assist me with road side assistance, then they sent the a breakdown car that got no jumping kit ,,, only old jumping cable that did not work,, then he called one of his friend to bring the jumpers... pity he did not know what he was doing, after jumping my car i find out that the front head lights are not working. i called budget to notify them only best they can do is to refer me to their third party who did the job, what a bad and poor service.
