POOR SERVICE FROM BUDGET INSURANCE

Budget insurance doesn't take their clients serious!!!! I am almost 3 months without my vehicle now, claim was submitted in March. On the 27th of May their repairer said the vehicle was ready for collection. I went to collect the vehicle and I wasn't happy with the repairs done on the vehicle. The vehicle came back with two alarms and wasn't moving well on the road so I immediately returned it to the repairer. On the 28th of May I called budget insurance informing them that I returned the vehicle to the repairer because of the above reasons. The insurance said their assessor will assess the vehicle on Monday the 30th and report back to me after 48hours. That did not happen so on the 2nd of June I called the repairer trying to find out if there's any work being done on the vehicle and the repairer said nothing has been done yet because they haven't got authority to work on the vehicle. I then called budget insurance again regarding the matter. I was told that the assessor will get back to me after 48hours. On the 6th&7th of June I called the insurance again. The assessor called me on the 7th informing me that he's going to assess the vehicle and will get back to me. That did not happen. Today the 9th I called the insurance again and am told that the vehicle is booked for assessment on the 10th, that means I will only get feedback next week and they will take more time to complete the repairs if they have to source the spares from somewhere else. Meanwhile I remain without a vehicle and they're not even offering a courtesy car for this whole inconvenience. This month they will take their installment again while I remain without my vehicle😡😡😡. How they selected the repairer I do not even know. After sending the vehicle back to the repairer and explaining why the vehicle was returned. The repairer said they only did cosmetic repairs (I don't even know what are cosmetic repairs🚮) and no diagnostic was done on the vehicle. NO DIAGNOSTIC DONE ON THE VEHICLE THAT WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT!!!! How is that even possible?? 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️.

I am now just praying and hoping that my vehicle will be fully repaired and come back without any problems🙏🏾🙏🏾.
