Poor Service From Budget Agent Nicolas Govender

Requested a quote from Hippo who promply phoned me back Gave me a quotation and advised they can transfer me to Budget to get additional info if id like no obligation was transferred to " Mr Nicolos Govender " spoke to MR arrogant Govender I advised I will have to compare quotes and for him to email me the quote he immediately said no he cannot do it as i can go get a cheaper quote else where thank you and good bye he says and dropped the call !! Thank you Mr Govender you the man ...I requested hippo to call me back to complain as they did and they transferred me to management who listened to the call recording they were very apologetic that i appreciate but I wonder if QA is being done on calls if the agent can drop calls on clients while they on the phone. Might even say im not insured when I need to claim food for thought.If every Mr Man is lookig for a job and you hiring in the insurance industry confirm if he worked on the Budget call centre if so do not hire him will be sure to drive your new business away.Bad experience from the start .I'll take my business elsewhere.
