Poor Service from Budget

Had an accident on the 03/10/2022. The vehicle was towed by the towing company. On the 04/10/2022. Been trying to get hold of budget. Been calling my call get dropped. Getting a sms that my claim would be cancelled.

So I went to the office of Budget. Auto and General. Been waiting for all most an 1 hour to get help. They keep on saying a personal by the name of Mpho is coming from the claims department. They are so fast to debit your account. But when you need the service the is no help. The service I got is so bad. I regret taking the insurance with them.
