Poor Service for Emergencies

Car broke down, called emergency service, tow never arrived after being stuck for 1hour 30 min. Called again and the said there was a system error now its really dark, they said they will now locate. Waited for another 1hour 30 min at night on the side of the road. I felt neglected. Very unhappy with the service.
