poor service

. i need help guys ive been speaking with them but the guy who is helping is always lying and saying he will call me but he doesnt . i always remind him to get back to me but his always saying his driving and sick . its been months now and i didnt get back feedback of why they written off my car but still deducting money from my account. i gave them Accident report and car track report but they still not helping. any reccomendations of good lawyers.
