Poor service
I m currently disappointed by the way Budget insurance are handling this matter. They don't seem to care. They promised to get back to me on my previous review I posted but until now no one has bothered to get back to me as they promised. It's so frustrating to be **** to but at the same time you are paying for the services every month. I don't know what kind of people I'm dealing with here. 1st thing it was their consultant who ignored my WhatsApp and email messages and even went as far as lying to me and now I'm being **** to by the management. Are they all ***** and makes empty promises?

Lastly please try to resolve people's problems as quick as you can and give feedback to them and don't wait for them to make an inquiry because this will show good business and professionalism and we as your clients will feel valued and respected and even grow your business.
